Kirkwood Flip Update #2

A good carpentry crew works fast.

Welcome back to our latest project: The Kirkwood Flip. In just a couple of days this crew had opened up the old kitchen/breakfast room/laundry/back porch and blown out the exterior wall in back.  It’s kinda like looking at a train wreck.  It’s certainly not a Pretty Old House—yet.

No it isn’t haunted—well, we don’t think it’s haunted.

There were no skeletons under the floor. (Have you read The Lovely Bones?)

And surprise  surprise  they didn’t find any termite damage.

Be sure to visit again for another update.  This could take a few months.
