The two artists, who have known each other for many decades, presented the audience with a program of classical, romantic and impressionist works. The A-major sonata by ludwig von beethoven was the prelude to the performance. After the fantasiestucken by robert schumann, works by claude debussy and frederic chopin followed after the intermission.
